the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. the staff readily addressed my request for vegan alternatives and eco-friendly salt and pepper mills. i was happy to see plant-based milk available at one of the coffee stations.
the air conditioner emitted loud, disruptive noises when turned off. i eventually managed to stop the noises, but this resulted in an uncomfortably cold room. i ordered sweet potato fries through room service and they arrived cold.

the room included an iron, a quality hairdryer, and a coffee machine. the room was also large and quiet, conducive to a restful stay. the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

the hotel is near transport links. taxis are available outside, providing convenient transportation options. its proximity to the arena is an advantage for attending events, i did not have to walk far.

The staff at the front desk were efficient. the desk was easy to deal with. room service was excellent. The staff were very friendly. the dinner was great and my food was cooked to order and came quickly.

the staff was very polite and helpful. i was able to check in early. my room was clean and modern! the bed was very comfortable after a long drive! i would definitely stay again. i love this radisson blu.
The hotel does provide air conditioning, but it is not great.

i found that the tv system made ordering in-room dining difficult, with no qr code appearing on the screen.. i was asked to go downstairs to get a menu, defeating the purpose of in-room dining.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Disappointments
loud noisescold fries
The air conditioning made strange, loud noises when turned off. This kept me awake. I eventually found a setting that stopped the noise, but the room became too cold! I also ordered sweet potato fries from room service, but they arrived cold. The restaurant staff insisted they were fresh, though they offered to reheat them. I waited an hour, but no one came to collect them, so I ended up going out to find something else to eat.
